Raffles is a friendly family-run guest house offering comfortable home from home B&B accommodation.

In our secluded garden, you can have a relaxing breakfast on the patio, weather permitting. Raffles enjoys a quiet location, yet is just a short walk away from Swanage's award winning beach and all the amenities and attractions of this bustling Victorian seaside resort.

Set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, in England's first Natural World Heritage Site, Swanage nestles at the foot of the beautiful Purbeck Hills.

Swanage is renowned for its wide sandy bay and clear sea, the towering 'Old Harry' chalk cliffs and spectacular coastal walks. On the doorstep are miles of glorious sandy beaches, the nearby resorts of Studland and Bournemouth, picturesque Wareham and beautiful stone and thatch Dorset villages.
