The Old Farmhouse is an elegant Georgian style country house set in attractive and mature gardens in a peaceful rural setting offering 5 STAR accommodation. Our 5 rooms are furnished to a high standard to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

The Old Farmhouse is an ideal base from which to visit Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Cheltenham, Broadway and the Cotswolds, the Malvern Hills, Ludlow and the Welsh Borders, all but half an hour's drive. 5 Diamond Bed & Breakfast Recommended by the Michelin Guide.

We are a non-smoking establishment and our 5 centrally heated rooms are furnished to a high standard to make your stay both comfortable and enjoyable. Two en-suite rooms in the annexe - a double and a twin - have total privacy from the house and are ideal for a family holiday. Children of all ages are most welcome and a cot can be provided. In the house are a further three en-suite bedrooms - two doubles and one twin room.

There is ample off road car parking and our tennis court and gardens are there for our guests to enjoy or view from the conservatory in which they are welcome to sit and relax.

By Car: The Old Farmhouse is situated equidistant from Junctions 5 and 6 of the M5 motorway and just off the A449 dual carriageway.
From Junction 5:
Take A38 direction Droitwich & Worcester. At traffic lights by Chateau Impney go straight along the dual carageway. At roundabout go straight on. Take the next exit on the left, proceed to a roundabout. Take the 3rd exit (A 4133 to Ombersley & Tenbury). Go 1 mile to Hadley. Take the left turn just past Hadley Nurseries, signposted Hadley Heath. At the end of this lane (1 mile), The Old Farmhouse is immediately opposite you with ample off road parking at the front of the house.

From Junction 6:
Take A449 dual carriageway direction Worcester/Kidderminster for 3 miles. At roundabout continue on A449 direction Kidderminster for approximately 2 miles. Turn right signposted Hadley. Continue along lane for 1 mile and The Old Farmhouse is 3rd on the right. There is ample car parking at the front of the house.

By Plane: Birmingham Airport is about half an hour's drive away.

    Hadley Heath is a small hamlet and our local pub (2 minutes walk) - The Hadley Bowling Green - boasts one of the oldest crown bowling greens in the country. Excellent food is served here or, alternatively, Ombersley is but 2 miles drive where a variety of eating places await you in this attractive village renowned for its many half timbered properties.

    Leisure

    For those who enjoy walking there is no shortage of lovely walks and there are riding stables, golf courses and fishing lakes nearby. Worcester is just 10 minutes drive with its wide variety of attractions - the Cathedral, Royal Worcester porcelain factory and museum, the famous County Cricket grounds, the Guildhall, the Commandery Civil War Centre, the race course, parks and the River Severn in addition to its pedestrianised shopping centre. Only 5 minutes from Droitwich Spa - relax and enjoy the benefits of its famous Brine Baths.

    Food & Drink

    A wholesome full English breakfast is served in our Dining Room - freshly laid eggs from our own poultry and homemade jams. A vegetarian breakfast can also be provided.

    We do not provide evening meals but the Hadley Bowling Green Inn is 2 minutes walk down the road and we are always happy to make reservations for our guests at the many local restaurants.
