Lovely, well furnished and extremely comfortable annex to house in private lane in Wokingham, a leafy suburb in the Thames Valley, conveniently situated for London direct trains (1 hr) , Heathrow Airport, (17 miles) Ascot, Henley, and Windsor all within half an hour
£350 for up to 2 people per week fully inclusive.

The property is completely self contained and has its own large patio area with small pleasant garden. The annex comes with its own designated car parking, Quiet and secluded location. One fully fitted double bedroom with full bathroom ensuite, separate lounge/diner and separate fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine)
All inclusive linen and towels and complimentary internet access via wi fi.

For your convenience you will find on arrival a complimentary welcome pack to include essentials, tea, coffee, sugar, cleaning cloths, t. towel, loo rolls, etc

Conveniently situated for Heathrow Airport,(17 miles) just along the M4, adjoin the motorway from Wokingham. Also close to Windsor (Castle) 9 miles and Ascot (Race course) 9 miles and about an hour from the coast.

Very convenient to London as Wokingham station (under a mile) is a main line station direct to London. There is also a bus stop to the local town directly outside our private lane's entrance. There is also space for your own vehicle to be parked on our property.
Wokingham, a historic market town, has parks, lakes and is about 5 miles from Reading, there are endless things to do, Barkham is an affluent and desirable area. You will find a lovely village pub within walking distance which used to be the village farrier. Fabulous golf courses and endless activities. An informative tourist office can be found in the local town.

By Plane: Direct bus from heathrow, half hour to reading and then connect via a train 10 mins to wokingham

Accommodation

The rate is for up to 2 people fully inclusive for a week or £65 per night (minimum of 2 nights) or 3- 5 nights £60 per night. Flexibility is offered as it does not have to be Saturday to Saturday.

The property consists of a comfortable lounge with fitted fire place, lounge suite, arm chair and flatscreenTV with DVD a dining table and chairs, a separate fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, full cooker, fridge and everything required from iron board to toaster! A separate bathroom off the bedroom has an over power shower and full bath. The bedroom has fully fitted units along with fitted wardrobes, it is fully carpeted and furnished and very comfortable, it's also very safe and secure and there is a small pleasant garden. In Winter the property is extremely cosy and warm with central heating in each room. Complimentary wi fi is included

IT IS POSSIBLE TO BOOK FOR A MINIMUM OF 3 NIGHTS AND ALL DATES OF ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE CAN BE FLEXIBLE. FOR BUSINESS USER MUCH MORE PERSONAL AND COST EFFECTIVE THAN USING VERY EXPENSIVE LOCAL HOTELS WHO CHARGE AROUND 100 pounds sterling per night

Also ideal should you be in between house purchase etc with the need for suitable accommodation without a long term committment, at a very reasonable inclusive fee
