Self Catering cottages near Beeswing. Situated about 5 miles from Dumfries and the Solway coast, we are well placed for local amenities yet surrounded by open countryside. An ideal base for outdoor pursuits such as mountain biking, walking, exploring or simply relaxing.
Our small farm is close to Mabie Forest on the edge of the Galloway hills, enjoying fine views in all directions.
Our Self catering cottages near Dumfries, are converted from former farm buildings, both are decorated to a high standard with central heating and wood fired stoves in living areas. We are pet friendly and welcome well behaved dogs to stay with our guests.
We welcome motorcyclist and can offer drying facilities as well as covered parking for touring motorcycles & bicycles etc. Set in 36 acres, the farm is a mixture of mostly organic pasture grazed by sheep and cattle with a few acres of woodland. We also have free range Hens, some geese and some rheas. Our large sunny garden has a selection of fruit and ornamental trees and is rich in wild bird life. A warm and welcome is always assured.
