By Car: From Belfast, pick up the M1 and continue onto the A4 signposted Enniskillen/Omagh. At Ballygawley Roundabout take the A5 to Omagh. Leave Omagh heading for Enniskillen on the A32. Take the B4 to Lack/Ederney/Kesh.
Leave Kesh on the A35 towards Pettigo. Take the A47 signposted Boa Island/Belleek. You will cross 3 bridges along Boa Island. After the 3rd bridge be ready to turn right onto the B136 signposted Letter/Pettigo. The entrance to Portagaria Wood is on the right. We are located on the lough shore behind Muckross Parish Church.

From Dublin head for Enniskillen. Leave Enniskillen on the A32 signposted Omagh. On leaving Enniskillen follow the A32 to Trory. Take the B82 on your left towards Kesh.

Clover Cottage
A luxurious character cottage with stunning farmland and woodland views in an area of outstanding natural beauty overlooking Lough Erne's Sandy Bay. Accommodation to sleep 6 in comfort and luxury.

Farm Cottage
Awaiting your visit, Farm Cottage is the beautifully restored farm house set back from the lough on the top of the hill with great lough views. Farm Cottage is full of character and charm.

Shamrock Cottage
A luxurious character cottage with stunning woodland and lough views awaits your visit. Sited c.50m from the water in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Accommodation to sleep 6.

Facilities

When you are ready to venture out you'll find:

  • A lovely woodland walk up Aghnablaney/Derrin Mountain (more of a hill than a mountain!) with superb views over the open countryside and lough
  • The most local pub is about 3 minutes drive, where you can enjoy great atmosphere, meet the very friendly locals and join in the variety of weekly activities. Opens from 9pm until late!
  • Good pub food at the Pettigo Inn, in the local village of Pettigo (about 5 minutes drive) - great atmosphere and friendly local people
  • A good range of cosy pubs, good food, atmosphere and friendly locals - particularly good places to eat include Drumrush Lodge, Boa Island; The Mayfly Inn, Kesh; The Lough Erne Hotel, Kesh and The Cedars Bistro, Lisnarick
  • Local shops of reasonable size in the local village of Kesh (about 10 minutes drive)
